Studios were destroyed, artwork was washed down the river, galleries were unable to operate, and lives were upended. Many beautiful artworks were damaged and are no longer considered to be gallery-worthy. "Ghosts from Helene" is an exhibition about loss, recovery, and resilience in the area's art communities. Over 70 artists will show work that comes from the storm.
